RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
We accept all major payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, American Express, PayPal, Alipay, and Crypto.
RENTAL PERIOD
– Minimum rental period is 3 days.
– You can book a car for any available period directly on our website.
– Late Return: Unauthorized delay in returning the vehicle will result in an additional charge for 1 full day.
DRIVING AREA
Car rental is permitted only within the Kingdom of Thailand. Crossing international borders is strictly prohibited.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
– Cancellation 7+ days in advance: 100% deposit refund.
– Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: Deposit is non-refundable.
– Postponement: Any changes to the rental dates are subject to availability and must be discussed with us individually.
VEHICLE RETURN
– The car must be returned clean. If the vehicle requires cleaning, a fee of 350 THB will be deducted from your deposit.
– Please return the car with the same fuel level as at the start of your rental.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum age: 23 years.
– Minimum driving experience: 5 years.
– Required documents: Valid Foreign Passport and an International or Thai Driving License.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS (STRICTLY FORBIDDEN)
– Smoking of any kind inside the vehicle.
– Participation in races or transporting dangerous goods.
– Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
– Using the rental vehicle for commercial purposes (e.g., as a taxi).
Important: Your security deposit will be fully retained for any of the above violations.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY
– Accident (Your Fault): If an accident occurs due to your fault, the deposit is not refundable (it covers the insurance deductible).
– Parking Damage: If you find new damage on the car after it was parked, you must immediately notify our staff via WhatsApp at +66946011790 and follow our instructions. Without an official police report and insurance claim documents, the deposit cannot be refunded.
– Other Cases: In all other cases, the security deposit is returned in full.

If there is a delay in returning the car without warning, the rental amount is increased by 1 day.

In case of cancellation of the reservation 7 days before the start of the rental date, 100% of the deposit is returned
Less than 7 days before the start of the rental date - the deposit is not refundable
Postponement of rental terms and dates is discussed individually
The car is returned clean; if for any reason you were unable to wash the car before returning, 350 baht will be deducted from the deposit.
The vehicle is returned with the same level of fuel with which you received it.
Minimum age 23 years.
Experience from 5 years.
Foreign passport
International or Thai driving license
Any smoking in the car is prohibited.
Participation in racing and transportation of dangerous goods.
Driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Using a vehicle for other purposes (taxi, etc.)
The deposit is not refundable for any of these violations

If you left your car in the parking lot and upon returning find damage, you must immediately notify a company employee about this by WhatsApp number: +66946011790 and follow his instructions
Without documents from the police and insurance company about the incident, the deposit will not be returned
In all other cases, the deposit is returned in full
